through the Adirondacks

We made about 600 miles today and almost decided to cruise on through the remaining 30 or 40 miles into Canada this evening, but we thought better of it and found an RV campground to pitch our tent in. It was such a quiet campground until about 8PM, when the elder karaoke festivities started in the bar at the front of the property. Right now, someone is yodeling 'hang on snoopy, snoopy hang on'...

Both bikes are running great, the ride was really nice today, and the weather has been perfect. A little tired to write up the full treatment tonight, but we did see something on a remote stretch of -87 in the middle of the Adirondacks that you don't see every day, at least not on the road.

We also had success with a beans/rice/tomato dish, the tomatoes are from mom's garden which we dehydrated and brought along.
